Projects include:

• Developed / Built / Owned the Align Federal Credit Union Bank in Amesbury
• Developed / Built/ Owned the Edward Jones investments building
• Developed commercial property for: Nextel, Appleton Eye, Brazilian Church of Christ, Survey Inc.
• Part owner and developer of the CVS in Amesbury
• Redeveloped the Camp Bauer Crest buildings after fire destroyed 75% of the campus
• Partnered in the redevelopment of the Federal Street overlay district in Historic Newburyport in 2003-2005
• Built and developed the award winning, and regionally recognized, Elizabeth Calsey House – a 35-bedroom assisted living facility
• Awarded the contract to gently save the historic features and carefully remove the historic McHugh House for the First & Ocean Bank
• Developed the one largest chapter 40B projects (52 single family homes) in the Cape Ann area at the time: The Village at Sawyer Farms in Salisbury, Ma
• Developed and built out condominium projects in Amesbury, Salisbury, and Newburyport
• Awarded the contract to renovate the former Tewksbury Town Hall in 2014
• Awarded the contract from Newburyport Five Cent Saving bank to take over the South Beach Landing Condominium – a 24 unit project
